These pins come with a piece of blu-tack which help the heads stay upright.
To remove the blu-tack, simply push the top pin until it moves, you can find the blu-tack behind the character's head. Sorry for the inconvenience!
"Stiff" means the top pin does not spin easily. All stiff pins are classed as C Grade.
